Restaurant owner, Cat, started her business with one goal: to make fantastic pizza. After going to Bivero Pizza Academy in Florence, Italy, Cat developed an original crust formula, adding her own touch to hundreds of years of pizza-making tradition. This experience, and an Italian-made brick oven, became the building blocks of Tartaglia's Pizza. Now, her restaurant is serving the best wood-fired brick oven pizza, Italian dishes, and desserts you can find in the White Mountains of Campton, New Hampshire. Tartaglia's also uses the freshest, local ingredients in every pie, creating a level of quality you can taste.
